To anyone on the Sunshine Coast & Lower Mainland, this is the doggy daycare you need to take your furry babies to. We have been blessed with Castle Rock since being referred to them on Day 1. We have brought our beloved fur baby Odin to the kennel for the last year and a half. From early 7am drop-offs on the way to work, to day trips to Vancouver, and officially an 8-week dog boarding — Castle Rock is the place we trust, love and know our fur baby loves to be at. Alisha, Brandon, Kevin & Jill plus additional crew have treated our special fur family member like he is one of their own. With grooming, one-on-one play time, occasional obedience training & the socializing our lovely pup gets to have at the kennel, it has been one of the best assets to our family. This team has treated not only our pup like family, but they greet us with open arms, smiles & hugs on days we need them. We are forever grateful for you and all you bring to this community of ours. Our pup LOVES Castle Rock Kennels! He literally barrels his way from the car to get inside as quickly as possible every single time. So glad this kennel is on the coast — it's an institution after so many decades! It's so essential to have somewhere where you know you can drop off your pup and they have a great time, especially with the nature of living on the coast.
We have been customers at Castle Rock Kennels for over 20 years and have stayed customers through three owners. Jill and Kevin, the current owners and their staff have been wonderful! We never worry about the dogs being properly cared for. Our dogs LOVE coming to the kennel, they see their friends, have fun and are tired out when they get home. All our dogs have loved their experiences! I hope I am always able to bring my dogs here, they are part of our family and it means the world to be able to trust they are safe and loved. Dropped our two huskies off here for 2 nights and was very happy with the level of care they took of our pups. Will definitely be using them again for dog boarding!

New to Castle Rock and so happy we found this little doggie oasis! Love the setting and the access to real outdoors with trees and grass as opposed to the city kennels. Cali came home happy and relaxed 😍. This is definitely our new kennel on the coast!!

Bring Your Own Food — Please bring your dog's regular food. A $10/day fee applies if we supply meals. We follow each pet's home feeding regime closely.
Fully Fenced Play Area — All playtime is structured and supervised within our secure, fenced outdoor grounds on natural terrain.
Daily Sanitation — Thorough daily cleaning and disinfection, using dog-safe products, keep our facility fresh and healthy for every dog.
Climate Controlled — Heated kennels with a newly installed ventilation system for year-round comfort.
Size Separation — Smaller dogs are housed in our separate heated Doggy Cabin for their safety and comfort.
Vet Treatment Continued — Any prescribed veterinary treatment can be continued while your pet is in our care, at no additional cost.
